Dean Guitars have introduced 26 models across the catalog, including both the electric and acoustic segments. The spotlights were on the electric guitar range which received 19 models.

Dean is among the most prominent and traditional US guitar brands. With reputation carefully built for over four decades, Dean has come a long way from a small company to a global guitar brand. Dean`s appearance on 2018 NAMM only confirmed the good times and growth will continue in years to come. The lineup unveiled in Anaheim, Ca, featured 26 new models, 19 electric guitars, four acoustics, and three electric basses. As for the structure of the novelties lineup, Dean went with the classics – ML, Z, V, Edge, and St. Augustine series for the most part. The new acoustics are: Espana Classical Plus Solid Top Cedar A/E, Espana Full Size Classical, St. Augustine Dreadnought Solid Wood, and St. Augustine Solid Wood Dread CAW. New electric basses are: Edge 4 Flame Top Fretless, Edge 6 Flame Top, and Jon Lawhon Hillsboro.

Dean USA ML Patents Pending is a flagship model, with a set of classic 1970s features which include the over-sized headstock. Dean USA Thoroughbred Plain Top Floyd is another USA class model. It sports a $3,999 price tag (MSRP) and brings traditional hard rock/metal values.
