The new 2018 Dean Guitars lineup brings only one non-signature V - VX Flame Top. The new V is both affordable (MSRP is set at $599) and beautiful (comes in Trans Red). Main construction features include a solid poplar body (two-piece flame maple top, white binding, no pickguard), a maple neck (standard C profile, smooth finish, bolt-on joint), a jatoba fingerboard (22 jumbo-sized frets, dot inlays, 1.6875" string nut, 24.75" scale, 12" radius), a string-thru hardtail bridge (V plate in the back), DMT Design pickups, and die-cast tuners.
