S521 is the new basic model of the S Standard series. It was reintroduced at NAMM and is the only S Standard model expansion for early 2017. The only available color options are Blackberry Sunburst and Ocean Fade Metallic (both with Cosmo Black hardware, black headstock and black plastics).
S521 offers a solid, double-cut mahogany body and a bolt-on maple neck. The body sports classic S series curves and arched top, while the neck is equipped with the popular Wizard III profile in the back. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard sitting on the top of the neck, completes the chassis of this budget-friendly rocker.
In hardware and electronics sections new 521 features the standard fixed bridge, two Quantum humbuckers (with a standard S series controls unit) and die-cast tuning machines.
