SGR series is a very recent addition to the Schecter catalog. It is a completely new take on the beginner class with all models featuring Schecter hardware and electronics. C-1 SGR By Schecter LH is the series` basic left-handed model. The body of this lefty six-string is made of basswood which is the most popular body wood in the beginner class (agathis, poplar and several others are also prominent). Maple, which is used for the bolt-on neck, is number one choice for affordable guitars` necks. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard is featured on top of it. Two Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers give a strong and well balanced tone, well suited for players who want to play hard rock and metal. Tune-o-matic bridge with string-through-body construction and Schecter tuners complete the specs list.
