Hellraiser is a series of solid-bodied electric guitars made primarily for metal and hard rock types of music. They come in several shapes, but the double-cut C is the most prominent one. Several tiers exist, such as Hellraiser Special, Hellraiser and Hellraiser Extreme. Also, they`re known as the tone powerhouses, made of mahogany and loaded with active EMG humbuckers. This time around, Schecter luthiers opted to test the market for passive Hellraisers. This C-1 FR comes loaded with Seymour Duncan`s Invader humbuckers in both the bridge and neck positions. These bad boys come with two volume and one tone knob. Volume pots feature push-pull switches for coil-splitting. Behind these Invaders, Schecter installs a double-locking Floyd Rose trem system. Bridge is plated in black chrome to match the rest of the hardware. Body is a standard double-cut C-1 Hellraiser body. it is made of mahogany base and mahogany top. Black binding and ultra access cutaway are featured on this model. Glossy white is the only color scheme available for this one. Set in mahogany neck is made of three pieces of wood and topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard. Tuners are Grover.
