Dinky is one of the most recognizable and most significant models in Jackson`s history. It started out many years ago as just another model, but today it is one of the pillars of the catalog. For 205, Jackson is giving a 16-model Dinky infusion to the catalog, and eight of them belong to the Pro Series range. Pro Dinky DK2 for 2015 is a simple, straightforward, yet very versatile and playable six-string. It comes with a solid and double-cut body made entirely of alder. Flat top with beveled edges and the contoured back are the standard features of the contemporary Dinky design. On the flat top, Jackson installs a Floyd Rose bridge with six adjustable saddles and black coating. In its font, a pair of zebra-coiled humbuckers is sitting. Bridge position is equipped with a JB, while the `59 sits in the neck position. With master volume & tone knobs, and a five-position blade switch, these mighty buckers display a jaw-dropping level of versatility. Maple neck is a one-piece, its bolted to the body, and features a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top. Offset dot inlays, stainless steel fretware and the locking nut (three bolts) complete the fingerboard. Jackson`s die-cast tuners grace the classic pointy headstock. Satin Orange Blaze is the only color option available for the mighty DK2.
