DK2M Pro Series Dinky is a newly launched model from the highly successful Pro Series made by Jackson Guitars. This series offers a wide range of stunning metal axes and for the fall of 2012 Jackson reinforces it with several models. DK2M is one of them and it brings fresh spin on Dinky concept. Body of this model is made with a familiar double cutaway design and it`s solid. Body is made of alder and does not feature binding, pickguard or decorative top options. It`s straight down to business with this razor-sharp Dinky. Top of the body is flat. Snow White, Silverburst and Satin Black are color options assigned to this model, with only Satin Black not having gloss finish. Bridge section features a recessed Floyd Rose tremolo system with locking nut at the opposite side of the 25-1/2" scale. Bridge is, as the rest of the hardware, painted in black. Seymour Duncan humbuckers are installed in both the bridge and neck positions. JB TB4 Zebra is in the bridge and '59 with zebra coils is placed in neck position. Master volume, master tone and five position blade switch comprise the controls unit. Neck on this model is made of three pieces of maple with speed contour and bolt-on joint. It is topped with a rosewood or maple fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets, offset dot inlays and 1-11/16" wide string nut. Jackson die-cast tuners are placed in in-line arrangement on the headstock.
