The current Empire series used to be among the premier lines in the Richmond Guitars catalog (Richmond was Godin`s subsidiary brand of affordable electric guitars), but was transferred to the standard Godin catalog.
Guitar simply named Empire breathes with simplicity and style. Its beautiful single-cut body is available in two variants - silver leaf maple with poplar wings and all-mahogany. Both versions come in Black HG and Natural Mahogany HG color options. Set in mahogany neck rocks the standard profile in the back and a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on top (1-11/16" nut, dot inlays, 12" radius).
Standard Godin humbucker in the bridge and single-coil in the neck position have a simple controls unit and deliver the classic rock and hard rock tone. Wrap around bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
