Standard models in Gibson catalog represent the slightly less exclusive variant of the Custom tier. Standard come in when a player wants the tone, the looks and build quality on the top level, but for one reason, or another doesn`t opt to buy a Les Paul Custom. The Standards are also used to determine the position of other LPs in the catalog. This limited Standard comes with a solid, single-cut body made of mahogany back and flame maple top. Top is gorgeously carved and bound in creme binding. Fireball is the only color scheme and it`s finished in high gloss. Tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar are fronted by a pair of BurstBuckers. Set mahogany neck on this model is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
