It is an elegant, streamlined V made for today`s metalheads who have a taste in vintage guitar design and classic rock/metal tone.
Flying V 2016T is a thoroughbred hard rocker with a solid and flat body made entirely of mahogany. Especially for 2016, Flying V has got the elegant creme binding, zebra-coiled pickups with creme rings and bound fingerboard (both the Ebony and Cherry options look really suave with creme-colored details). Set in mahogany neck rocks the classic slim taper profile in the back and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (12" radius, dot inlays and 1.695" nut).
Burstbucker 3 in the bridge and 57 Classic in the neck are ready to rip and tear through any mix, bringing the classic heavy metal thunder. This majestic V also has a two-piece bridge (tune-o-matic w/stoptail bar) and Grover`s Green Key tuners. For $1,299 players get what is, probably, the ultimate V experience, a beautiful guitar which plays and sounds like a dream.
