In accordance with that, Warwick brings a ground breaking instrument once again, and introduces it into 2012 issue of the catalog. This new model is a standard Corvette with FSC certification. This means that it is built completely out of sustainable woods. Corvette Standard FSC Certified 5 Left Handed starts off as a solid bodied, double cutaway bass with a body made of American swamp ash. The top on this model features no bindings, pickguards or top caps, only the natural beauty of swamp ash finished in thin gloss. In the bridge section, the Warwick two-piece bridge features top-load construction and chrome plating. Emg is in charge of the pickups, and they deliver a pair of active single coils for this model. They are controlled through active MEC two-way electronics. The neck on this five-stringer is made of wenge and equipped with a bolt-on joint. The fingerboard is also made of wenge and features 24 jumbo sized frets with a brass string nut. 34" scale, Warwick tuners and chrome plated hardware complete the list of specs for Corvette Standard FSC Certified 5 Left Handed.
