Ibanez SR series is among the most popular bass series on the market. Its strongest and most vital points are in the basic SR line, in models with 300-800 designations. 300 models represent the entry tier and are there to display what an SR bass can have and do on a pretty limited budget. New 2016 SR300E models raise the bar even further than 2014 and 2015 models, making the boundaries between the lower intermediate and intermediate classes blurrier than ever. New SR300EL is a left-handed four-stringer with a standard 34" scale, solid body with carved top, bolted neck and passive electronics. SR300EL`s feature list opens up with a solid and double-cut mahogany body and a five-piece maple/rosewood neck. These two are connected through a standard four-bolt joint. The neck is topped with a series standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with medium-sized frets, 1.50" nut and 12" radius. The electronics unit is also a standard one. It rocks a pair of PowerSpan humbuckers with a standard controls unit. This setup is capable of delivering virtually any and every style and genre a modern player might need. Accu-Cast B120 bridge and die-cast tuners complete the picture, bringing in an enviable level of tuning stability and control.
