Justin Meldal Johnsen is currently the only Fender/Squier signature artist with a signature Mustang Bass model. The JMJ Road Worn Mustang Bass is a true beast and a tone machine. It comes with a singular middle-positioned P pickup (the front half covers E and A strings, the back half covers D and G strings) with master volume and tone controls. The custom-spec pickup delivers a jaw-dropping range of styles and tones. Main construction features include a solid and double-cut body made of alder, a bolt-on neck made of maple (C-profile), and a 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (30" scale, dot inlays, 1.625" nut). Fender sells this one in Daphne Blue (gloss finish, chrome hardware). Hardtail bridge and Hipshot Lollipop tuners complete the specs list.
