B-4JR Kit is, as its name says, a junior model. It comes with a shortened 28-1/2" scale and a smaller body. The main targets of this mini four-string are beginners and players of smaller stature.
Short scale and smaller body aside, this is a proper B series bass with all the standard features and appointments. Solid and double-cut body is made of basswood and it`s combined with a maple neck. Neck is, of course, bolted to the body and fitted with the standard Thin U profile in the back. Black with glossy finish and chrome hardware is the only color option available for this Junior.
LTD`s DB-4 pickup in the middle offers a robust tone, perfectly suited for punk, rock and metal. Hardtail bridge and tuners are also LTD branded.
