SE series is the most affordable and most budget-friendly series in the entire PRS catalog. Its role is to offer entry-level options to players who are looking for their first PRS or just want a solid, quality backup guitar for their more expensive PRS. SE Custom 22 Semi-Hollow comes in Gray Black and Vintage Sunburst. Both options sport gloss finish, nickel hardware and zebra-coiled pickups. Also, each variant has a color-matched headstock. Core construction features of this affordable semi include mahogany base, figured maple top (beveled contour, one "f" hole, creme binding), maple neck (wide thin contour, glued to the body) and rosewood fingerboard (22 frets, Bird inlays, 25" scale). Major hardware and electronics features include a PRS Stoptail bridge, PRS Designed tuning machines and 85/15 S pickups.
