MS500 is a reissue model of the legendary MS500, which was even played by legendary George Harrison back in the day. This solid-bodied six-stringer comes with double cut body made of silver silkwood. It is flat and has no binding. Plastic pickguard is installed over the top and it covers a significant portion of the body top. There are three color options available for Maton MS500: Black, Burgundy and Tobacco Sunburst. All three come finished in gloss. Pickups on this model are active and come in minibucker variant. MVHB is in the bridge and MVSC in the neck position. Bridge pickup features coil splitting. Neck is made of Queensland maple and it`s bolted to the body. Rosewood fingerboard is fit with 22 6130 frets with dot position inlays. Chrome tuners are made by Grover.
