The sound is okay but serious guitarists will need to consider buying new pickups especially for heavy metal music, the look is nice and so are the tuners except for the 3rd string (G in standard) which always needs tuning. The best thing about it I would say are the tuners because they generally keep the guitar tuned. The guitar is durable, that is all the goodness there is in this thing. Pickups are not satisfying as well as the shape and playability. I encountered several flaws is the guitar, including a non responsive bridge pickup which cause turned out to be a flaw in the circuits and the bar holding the switch in place turned out to be broken. I can't say I would rely on this guitar when playing live since the sound isnt enough and the playability is awful. I would say the guitar should be cheaper considering all the negative traits it holds. If stolen i would definetly NOT buy another, in fact the only reason I still have it is because I can't afford a good, satisfying quality guitar. The worst part about this guitar is the fretboard which is the hardest one i have played in my 5 years of playing guitar, when playing the first frets your index will always grind on the plastic which holds the string and it becomes very annoying as well as painful in the end. The playability is just awful i cant remember how many times i messed up because of how hard the fretboard is (all my friends who play guitar have experienced the same thing with it). About the shape I find it like an ugly Les Paul, it's like taking a beautifully-shaped Les Paul and taking out all the beauty of the model.
