ML-1, 2 and 3 models are the back bone of Chapman`s electric guitar catalog. They`re based on the classic 1950s designs and most commonly come in Traditional and Modern variants. Also, they`re divided into Standard (cheaper) and Pro series (more expensive). ML-1 Pro Modern model offers a solid & double-cut body, neck-through-body construction, Chapman electronics, and Hipshot/Chapman hardware. There are two color options (a brand-wide standard), Lunar (black) and Sun (red), both with gloss finish and black hardware. Core construction features include a maple neck (heel-less construction, C profile), mahogany wings, flamed maple top (two-piece top, natural binding), and 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Other notable features include Hipshot tuning machines, Chapman Venus Witch pickups, and Chapman string-through bridge.
