CT424 Comes as an intermediate model in the CT range from the 24 Fret Carved Top series. Carvin makes this double cut model out of mahogany back and carved maple top. the top is finished in high gloss and free of pickguards. In the bridge section, the main option is tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction, though other options are available. Various hardware color options, as well as other features are available on this model Carvin humbuckers come with a set of controls which consists of: master volume, master tone with push/pull and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Mahogany neck is set and topped with an ebony fingerboard. 22 medium jumbo frets, dot position inlays, 12" radius and 1.69" wide string nut wrap the fingerboard. Sperzel tuners and 25" scale complete the specs list.
