Jack Bruce signature model is produced in Korea, as well as Germany. Korean-made variant has the same basic specs as the German, but the production costs are significantly lower. These models were, as other Warwick novelties, exhibited at the NAMM Show this January in Anaheim, Ca. Jack Bruce Signature Fretless kicks off with a solid, double cutaway body made of mahogany. The top on this SG-inspired bass is beveled and features no bindings or pickguards. There are two color options available for this model, burgundy red stain and nirvana black. Both come with high polish finish. Bridge on this fretless four-stringer is the same as on other Jack Bruce models, it is a Warwick two-piece with top-load construction and chrome plating. Pickups are MEC passive humbuckers, in both the bridge and neck positions. MEC active two-way electronics features volume knob with push-pull switch, balance, bass and treble knobs. The neck is made of mahogany and runs through the body. Upon this neck, a tigerstripe ebony fingerboard is placed. It is equipped with 24 frets and brass string nut. As it is tradition with Warwick basses, there are no position inlays. Other features include: 34" scale, chrome hardware and Warwick tuners.
