TB500 is a modern, solid-bodied electric bass, made by Mitchell Guitars. It rocks the vintage looks (based on the legendary Jazz Bass), modern tone and Mitchell`s own electronics and hardware. Four-stringed version is available in Trans White Blonde and Black. TB500 starts off with a solid and offset alder body, paired with a bolt-on maple neck. The body is topped with a large plastic pickguard, reminiscent of the classic Jazz Bass pickguard. The neck, on the other side, sports the standard C profile in the back and has a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (medium jumbo frets, plastic nut, 9.5" radius). Pickups are passive alnico V single-coils (split pickup in the neck position). Other major features include a top-load bridge, die-cast Mitchell tuners and offset abalone inlays across the fingerboard.
