Schecter 2017 Electrics

A quick look into Schecter`s 2017 electrics lineup.

Schecter 2017 Electrics

With several new series and a multitude of updates and refreshments in the existing series, Schecter is well armed and ready for 2017. All fronts are covered, from vintage to modern, from blues and jazz to metal.

Schecter`s 2017 lineup is, for the most part, made up of new non-signature electric guitars. Many styles and genres are being covered with the new axes, though the accent remains firmly on rock and metal-oriented models. The most notable entries include the resurgence of the E range (a line based on the iconic Explorer design) and introduction Banshee Extreme, Apocalypse and Sun Valley Super Shredder series. Other than that, Corsair, PT, Solo and Retro lines have been refreshed with at least one new model. E models introduced thus far include Hellraiser E-7 Passive, E-1 FR S Special Edition and E-1 Standard. Banshee 6 Extreme, Banshee 6 FR Extreme and Banshee 7 Extreme form the Banshee Extreme lineup. Extremes are meant to be Schecter`s affordable, modern Superstrats with passive HSS pickups and bolt-on construction. Apocalypse series rocks minimalistic, restrained styling and hell raising Schecter Apocalypse pickups. The lineup`s made up of four models: C-1 Apocalypse, C-1 FR Apocalypse, C-1 FR S Apocalypse and C-7 Apocalypse. Corsair Custom and PT Standard are the only updates in their respective series. Solo lineup has received three new models: upscale Solo II Custom, traditionally oriented Solo-6B and workhorse Solo-II Standard. Sun Valley Super Shredder is another take on the 80`s Superstrat story, but with a more traditional design and vibe than Banshee. Sun Valley Super Shredder FR and Sun Valley Super Shredder FR S are its representatives. Semi-hollow T-S/H-1B comes in for all the classic rockers out there.

Schecter Hellraiser E-7 Passive is a true beast. From its sinister looks and all the way to the mean and super heavy tone, this axe radiates metal. Classic E-shaped body, established set of Hellraiser Passive features & specs and Schecter USA Brimstone-Seven pickups are bound to satisfy even the most demanding players out there. For further info and a complete specs list, check the Hellraiser E-7 Passive detail page on our site or Schecter`s official site.

Schecter E-1 FR S Special Edition brings elegance and classy styling on one side, and savage, brutal tone on the other.
