Banshee 7 Extreme is one of three currently available Banshee Extreme series models. It is a brand new line of affordable metal axes, made by Schecter Guitars. 7 Extreme is the only seven-stringer in the lineup, being accompanied by a pair of six-stringers (a hardtail model and a FR model). Banshee 7 Extreme sports the bolt-on neck construction, flat-top design, vintage-y pickguard and black chrome hardware. Charcoal and Black Cherry bursts are available. The chassis of this seven-stringed demon is made up of a solid mahogany body, quilt maple top (flat, bound in maple), maple neck (thin C profile) and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (XJ frets, 1.889" nut, 16" radius). Important hardware and electronics features include a hardtail Schecter bridge, Schecter Diamond pickups (HSS) and Schecter tuners.
