V100 is a very affordable LP clone and, also, one of the better LP clones out there. Made by British JHS Vintage Guitars, V100, like it`s Vintage brethren, features high quality tonewoods and Wilkinson hardware. One of the most amazing things is that the construction features (most notably the neck joints) and tonewoods on these models are the same as the originals they copy. For instance, V100 does come with a genuine mahogany/maple body and a set in mahogany neck, just like every LP made by Gibson. Add a two-piece bridge unit with chrome plating, pair of covered Wilkinson humbuckers with a standard set of controls (two volume knobs, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch), a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with trapezoid inlays and color options taken from the Gibson catalog, wrap it up with a price tag under £300 and you`ll get this more than decent LP clone.
