Limited Editions are often used as testers for new ideas and new options on already familiar concepts and models. Gibson and Epiphone do not differ in this respect. In 2014, Epiphone side of the catalog has had a significant number of Limited Edition models and Limited Edition Les Paul Traditional Pro is one of them. It features a standard Epiphone LP base: Solid mahogany body with a 2-piece maple top, set in mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top, classic two-piece bridge unit and a set of six tuners in 3+3 arrangement on the headstock. What sets this Limited Edition nix-string apart is it`s electronics department. It features Epiphone Alnico Classic humbucker in the neck and Epiphone Pro-Bucker 3 humbucker in the bridge position. Standard controls unit is enriched with coil-splitting push/pull switches mounted on the volume knobs.

Worth Every Penny of the £329 I paid for it, sounds and plays like a dream with it's versatility and outstanding build quality. It looks fantastic too in this limited edition colour with a flame that follows you round the room especially in natural sunlight . I'm VERY happy with this guitar and hope to enjoy it for many years. The last words on the matter if you have ben thinking of getting one I urge you to try one and hopefully you'll like yours as much as I like mine if you buy it. Mike
