The Singularity is a signature Boden-shaped guitar made for Per Nilsson, one of Sweden`s premier axemen (currently works with Swedish bands Scar Symmetry, Kaipa, and Meshuggah). The mighty seven-stringer offers customized electronics & hardware, swirl paintjob (usually not seen on regular Boden models), super-lightweight construction, and unparalleled playability. Main features include a solid basswood body (w/vintage black pickguard on top), bolt-on maple neck (Strandberg`s own Endurneck profile, modern bolt-on joint, smooth finish), 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (dot inlays, conventional non-fanned frets, 25-1/2" scale), Strandberg`s own EGS Rev 5 Fixed bridge w/string locks, and Strandberg pickups (pickups are made by G&B Pickups and branded Strandberg, H/S/H configuration). The only available color option is named Red/Black Swirl (gloss finish, black hardware, red/black pickguard).
