Sun Valley Super Shredder 7 III is Sun Valley`s first seven-string model. Just like the Super Shredder III (six-string version), it sports a trio of EMG Retro pickups in H/S/S arrangement. The classic arrangement popularized by the early Superstrat models from the 80`s is still very popular and sought after. Sun Valley Super Shredder 7 III also offers a solid and double-cut mahogany body base (no alder bodies available on 2018 models), two-piece flame maple top (black binding, no pickguard), maple neck (bolt-on joint, Thin C profile, smooth finish), 24-fret fingerboard (maple fingerboard on Aurora Burst, ebony fingerboard on Sky Burst), Floyd Rose 1500 series bridge, EMG Retro Active pickups w/simple controls unit, and Schecter`s own stock tuners.
