Once more, Hellraiser series pushes the boundaries and sets new standards. A couple of years ago, it was one of the first exclusive lines to feature a standard eight stringer in both the right and left hand variants. In 2014, Hellraiser breaks new ground with a nine-string model in right and left-hand variants. C-9 LH comes with a long 28" scale, carved top, set in neck with ultra access and 24-fret fingerboard. EMG supplies the pickups for this model, as it does for the rest of the Hellraiser series lineup. C-9 LH features a solid and double-cut body made of mahogany back and quilted maple top. As the right-handed C-9 does, this one also features abalone binding around the top. Also, this one is available only in Crimson Red Burst (one of the classic Hellraiser color schemes). hardtail bridge on the top has nine saddles and is fronted with a pair of EMG`s 909 pickups with a series standard controls unit. Mahogany neck is fit with a thin C contour in the back and a rosewood fingerboard on the top. 2-1/2" TUSQ nut and 20" radius give a suggestion of how huge the neck holding nine strings can be. Schecter`s locking tuners complete the specs list.
