In Schecter Guitar Research catalog, both six and seven-string guitars come with Floyd Rose bridge options. Right and Left-handed guitars alike are granted this option. Damien 7 FR is one of the models in Damien series which has the double-locking licensed Floyd Rose bridge, instead of the catalog-wide standard tune-o-matic bridge with string-through construction. Other than that, this is a pretty much standard Damien double-cut. It has a solid, double-cut body made of basswood and a solid one-piece maple neck. Black color scheme has satin finish and black hardware. Pickups installed on the top are active and are installed in H/H configuration. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it features a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
