SC 245 is a single-cut model from PRS Solid Body series of electric guitars. It is one of Les Paul-like single cuts. Body of SC 245 is made of mahogany base and maple top. Numerous color schemes are available fro this model and all come finished in gloss. Of these numerous color schemes, Goldtop figures as the primary. Some of the finishes have flame maple top. Top is carved and finished in gloss on every option. Hardware on SC 245 is plated in elegant nickel. Simple wrap around bridge is fronted by 245 treble and bass humbuckers. These two are controlled by master volume, master tone and five-position blade switch. Neck is set in and made of mahogany. It is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
