John Mayer is the latest member to join the PRS Signature Artist roster. His first axe is a six-stringer with vintage `50s double-cut styling, modern PRS hardware & electronics, and completely authentic John Mayer tone. The Silver Sky is available in four color options - Onyx, Tungsten, Horizon, and Frost. All four have the same specs lists and, presumably (pricing details haven`t been disclosed yet on the official PRS site), the same (or similar) price tags. Main features include a solid and double-cut alder body (classic `50s contour, characteristic PRS cutaway), a bolt-on maple neck (John Mayer 635JM profile, four-bolt joint), a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (1.65" bone nut, 25.5" scale, 7.25" radius), a steel tremolo bridge, 635JM noiseless single-coil pickups, and PRS tuning machines.

By far the best guitar I've ever played. Yes it's a little "pricey" but you get so much value in this guitar. Even the neck radius which initially intimidated me turned out to be smooth as silk.
