Custom 22 is a model from the Special Edition series in PRS Guitars catalog. This series mostly deals with limited edition guitars, or models which could not be placed into any of the standard series. This Custom 22 model is equipped with a standard PRS double-cut body made of mahogany back and flamed maple top. Top is carved, bound in creme and finished in gloss. Usually, the hardware installed on PRS Guitars models come with hardware plated in nickel, or chrome, but this Special Edition Custom 22 comes with silver nickel plating over the hardware. Tremolo bridge is the standard PRS non-locking trem and it`s fronted by Dragon II treble and bass humbuckers. Neck is set in and made of mahogany. It`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
