Majesty is one of the most recent developments in John Petrucci`s signature series. It is supposed to include all of the features and technological advancements not available on regular JP models. In addition to the technical side, Majesty is also supposed to be a badass rocking axe, which it most certainly is. Majesty starts off with a solid and double-cut body made of basswood wings and maple top (the bullet-shaped maple plate on top was roasted and painted in order to achieve carbon fiber look). The neck is made of maple (2+4 headstock, John`s custom profile, neck-through-body construction) and has a 24-fret ebony fingerboard on top. DiMarzio Illuminator pickups, John Petrucci signature floating trem bridge (w/piezo pickups) and Schaller M6-IND tuners complete this beast.
