Mentioned above, the Canine humbuckers with a simple controls unit (master volume, master tone and a five-position blade switch comprise the controls) deliver a wide range of tones, making this model suitable for various styles of music. Needless to say, the bridge unit is equipped with a Gibraltar hardtail, because Ibanez hasn`t adapted the Edge tremolo bridge for use on nine-stringers.
