RG657PB is a Prestige RG series model, introduced at 2017 NAMM, along with nine other Prestige updates. It is a luxurious guitar, outfitted with a modern, hip body top, top class hardware and Ibanez`s favorite (non-Ibanez) pickups combo. RG657PB has a double-cut RG body made of mahogany base and poplar burl top. Anvil Gray Burst Flat paint scheme, Cosmo Black hardware and black plastics give this six-string devil a very sinister appearance. On the other side Di`Marzio`s The Tone Zone, True Velvet and Air Norton pickups give it a hellraising tone. 657PB`s chassis is completed with a 5-piece maple/walnut neck (with Super Wizard profile) and 24-fret fingerboard (locking nut, 25-1/2" scale, 16" radius). Major hardware appointments include a locking Edge trem system and Gotoh tuners (also locking).
