Similar to the Artstar Vintage, newly established Artcore Vintage line is there to prove that the vintage and worn guitars don`t have to cost a kidney, a lung and a mortgage. They can be made with the same quality as their counterparts, but at a reasonable price. AFV10A, AGV10A, ASV10A and AMV10A form the initial Artcore Vintage lineup and bring a completely new definition of a vintage jazz guitar. AFV10A is the series` opener and one of two single-cut options. Short 24-7/10" scale, glued in neck construction, passive Ibanez electronics and series` standard Tobacco Burst Low Gloss color scheme are the main characteristics of this six-stringed gem.
The body of AFV10A is made entirely of plain maple. It is covered with a plastic pickguard and paired with an Artcore mahogany neck (attached at the 14th fret). 20-fret rosewood fingerboard boasts block inlays, 1-11/16" nut and 12" radius.
Ibanez Classic Elite humbuckers with brushed covers make up the pickups combo. Two volume knobs, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle switch keep things simple and easy in the controls unit. Two-piece top-load bridge and deluxe tuners will keep this jazzer in perfect tune, no matter what you throw at it.
