Special Edition Koa Top
Special Edition of Fender`s catalog is the place where all of the models, which can not be placed in any of the regular series. Therefore, there are luxurious, special, odd and unusual guitars in this series. Special Edition Koa Stratocaster comes with a solid, double cut body made of alder base and koa veneer on top. Body is equipped with a pearloid pickguard and it`s finished in high gloss over the natural color of the wood. Bridge is a modern variant of the two-point synchronized tremolo with string-through construction. Pickups on this model come in S/S/S configuration and they are controlled with a standard controls set. Maple neck on this model is equipped with a regular C contour and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
