Here comes the 2015 incarnation of the affordable WA-200. It was introduced along with the ESP Will Adler Warbird and the rest of the ESP and LTD novelties for this year. Basically, what we have here is a regular LTD guitar with signature artist cosmetics. Thus, the WA-200 comes in Warbird Distressed Graphic and White Camo. Warbird variant is finished in matte, while the Camo comes in gloss. WA-200 comes with a pretty much standard formula - solid and single-cut body is made entirely of basswood and it`s paired with a thin maple neck through a regular bolt-on joint. Like the ESP Warbird, this 200 level LTD comes with a two-piece bridge unit, but unlike the Warbird bridge section, WA-200`s is plated in chrome. Will`s signature Duncans are replaced by standard issue ESP Designed LH-150 humbuckers in the bridge and neck positions. Controls configuration remains the same as on the upscale Warbird - meaning it`s composed of two volume knobs, one tone knob and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Thin maple neck is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with a molded nut and Warbird inlays. Chrome-plated LTD tuners replace the distressed Sperzels.
