M series` 400 tier is a heavily contested class, as the series currently features a multitude of 400 models. M-400M is there for players who like the classic Soloist looks and classic Soloist tone.
M-400M starts off with a flat-top mahogany body finished in satin. No binding and no decorative tops are available. Natural Satin (w/black hardware and black plastics) is the only available color option. The neck is made of three pieces of maple, sporting the classic Thin U profile in the back. The bolt-on neck`s topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard (white binding, extra jumbo frets, offset dot inlays, 1.69" locking nut, 25-1/2" scale).
Floyd Rose Special bridge, Seymour Duncan passive humbuckers and Grover tuners complete the list of major features.
