With War Eternal still being an active album and with Arch Enemy still on War Eternal tour, Dean and Michael Amott have decided to release the mighty Michael Amott Tyrant X - War Eternal. This $299 axe is perfect for all the fans of Mr. Amott and Arch Enemy who can not afford more expensive models of the series.
Michael Amott Tyrant X-War Eternal rocks a pretty standard formula Dean has come up with for opening class signature guitars - basswood/maple construction, custom designed graphic, high-output pickups with simple controls, cheap and sturdy hardware. The body has the classic Tyrant shape with modified prongs and beveled top. It is made of basswood, and is paired with a bolt-on neck made of maple. The body features black hardware (as does the headstock) and gloss finish over the War Eternal graphic print. The neck is, on the other side, topped with a pretty standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and jumbo-sized frets.
Electronics section is equipped with a set of two DMT Design humbuckers with master volume knob and three-way toggle switch. String-through tune-o-matic bridge and pretty solid die-cast tuners promise excellent tuning and intonation stability. despite the fact that it can`t hold its ground against the most expensive models in the series lineup, War Eternal axe is still a one of the best and most brutal axes in its class.
