Diamond Guitars Monarch series offers solid, double-cut guitars with 24-3/4" scales, powerful humbucker pickups and gorgeously carved tops. All models featured in its lineup are sub $1,000 guitars (Monarch FM comes in at $749.99), which makes them even more attractive.
Monarch FM is an all-rounder, axe able to pull off both rhythm and lead duties in a variety of settings (blues, jazz, rock, even hard rock). The body is made of mahogany base and flamed maple top. The set-in neck is also made of mahogany and it features a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Seymour Duncan`s Custom and Pearly Gates offer a plethora of styles, including subtle single-coil tones (push/pull switch). String-through TOM bridge, body-matching headstock veneer and Grover tuners complete the specs list.
