Guild`s Newark St. Collection is now a one-series electric range, encompassing solid, semi-hollow, and hollow-bodied models. All electric basses belong to the Newark St. Collection, as well. Bluesbird is a single-cut axe, obviously inspired by the legendary LP. It offers a single-cut body, glued-in neck, 22-fret fingerboard, dual humbucking pickups, and a massive, juicy tone. Iced Tea Burst and Black are the names of available color options (gloss finish, ABS binding, black pickguard on Black option). Core construction features include a chambered mahogany body, two-piece flame maple top, mahogany neck (1-piece neck, vintage soft U profile), 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (1-11/16" bone nut, 24-3/4" scale). Seymour Duncan`s legendary SH4-JB/SH-1N humbucker set, two-piece hardtail bridge unit, and Grover tuners complete the Bluesbird.
