VCMB-2001 is one of four electric bass models currently produced by Wilson Brothers. Wilson Brothers is a small US brand with a focus set on the intermediate and lower intermediate sections of the market. Their catalog mostly consists of modern guitars with vintage styling. Their basses are made with the same philosophy and VCMB-2001 is the best example. It comes with a solid, double-cut body with contoured top and bolt-on neck joint. It is made of alder (Wilson`s favorite body wood) and paired with a fast and slim maple neck. Wilson offers the standard set of color options with this model. On the top, a four-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of single-coil pickups are installed. 20-fret rosewood fingerboard completes the specs.
