The Ray series currently offers ten models and Ray5 is its basic five-string model. Ray5 offers a solid and resilient construction, massive tone, and simple elegance. Main features include a solid and double-cut basswood body, standard six-bolt neck joint, characteristic electronics unit with one pickup and simple controls, and stock hardware. Six options make up the color palette - Vintage Sunburst Satin, Black, Walnut Satin, Red Ruby Burst Satin, Mint Green, And Trans Blue Satin. Other notable features include a hard maple neck w/the classic 3+1 headstock, a 22-fret fingerboard, a five-saddled hardtail bridge, and open-gear tuning machines.

I've owned this bass for a few months, not really happy with it. The neck is huge and at times difficult to navigate as well as the accessibility around the 19th fret isnt the best. The quality of the bass is really good and it is super resonant as well as it sounds really good. Just not for me.
