That`s where the Sterling by Music Man StingRay models come it. Having all the looks and the pizzazz of their expensive counterparts, Sterlings aim at working musicians, students, and casual players. Ray35QM is one of the best five-string Ray options Sterling offers at the moment. Main features include a solid and double-cut mahogany body, quilt maple top, a full-sized humbucker with three-band EQ and 3-way mode switch, 22-fret fingerboard (rosewood and maple options exist), a five-saddle hardtail bridge, and vintage-style tuning machines. Sterling sells Ray35QM in two variants - Neptune Blue and Amber. Both have chrome hardware, matching headstocks, and black pickguards.
