Sharlee D` Angelo and Arch Enemy are one of the hottest metal acts in Europe these years. They`re also very popular here in the states and in Japan. Sharlee`s signature series with Ibanez currently has three models. All are four-stringed, for Sharlee (as well as the entire band) uses heavily dropped tunings. SDB1 opens up the series with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany. It is flat on top and has modern hardware appointments. Bridge on the top of the body is a four-saddle monorail with black plating. Pickups in the front are equipped with a standard controls unit. Neck is made of bubinga and maple and it runs through the entire length of the body. On it`s top, Ibanez installs a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
