Modern Player is the introductory series in Fender Guitars catalog. It deals with both the electric guitars and electric basses. The main goal set for this series is to offer the best possible beginner`s experience with it`s vast range of four and six-stringers. Modern Player Jazz Bass offers a solid and double-cut body with flat top and bolted neck. It is made of alder and it`s paired with a maple neck. These tonewoods, in combination with modern humbuckers installed on the body, make sure the players get plenty of power and sustain. Olympic White, 3 Color Sunburst and Black Transparent are color options offered for the Modern Player Jazz Bass. Maple neck is bolted to the body and has C contour in the back. It`s topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
