Fender`s American range is, excluding the Custom Shop, the pinnacle of Fender catalog. Special, Deluxe, Standard, Elite and several other specialized series make up the roster. For 2017, along with the updates of already established series, Fender introduces brand new american Professional range. Nine electric guitars (split into four branches) and seven basses (split into two branches). Characteristic features of the Professional range include newly designed V-Mod pickups (with Fender`s proprietary mixture of AlNiCo alloys), narrow & tall frets, bone string nuts and posiflex reinforcement rods. Also, all models come with hardshell cases. American Professional Precision Bass Left Hand is one of two left-handed options on the bass side of the range (four-stringed Jazz Bass is also available as left-hander). Classic 3-Color Sunburst, Black and Olympic White color options are available. All come with gloss polyurethane body finish, combined gloss/satin neck finish, nickel/chrome hardware and rosewood fingerboards. Classic double-cut body of this vintage/modern lefty is made of alder, and it`s combined with a slim C maple neck. Hardware and plastics appointments mirror the ones found on the right-handed model. These include 4-saddled HiMass bridge, Lightweight Vintage-style tuners, knurled flat-top knobs and 3-ply mint green pickguard. Lone V-Mod Split Single-Coil pickup with one volume and one tone knob is featured in the electronics section.
