RB-ZW4 is an elegant electric bass guitar from Boulder Creek. It is a solid-bodied, double-cut four-stringer with body made of mahogany base and zebra top. Zebra top is an exotic wood and it`s usually reserved for exclusive guitars and basses. mahogany back ensures bucket loads of sustain and tight low end. There is no binding around the top and no pickguard on top of the body. Pickups on RB-ZW4 come in S/S configuration. Both are fat single coils, popularly called soapbars. Bridge section behind them is equipped with a four-saddle hardtail bridge with top load construction. Neck on this model is made of maple and it is bolted to the body. On it`s top, there`s a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
