Boulder Creek is introducing new electric bass series for 2013 and there is a total of six models in it`s starting lineup. All of these basses feature the same base and the major differences may occur in string count and fingerboard type. JB-SM4 is a semi-hollow bodied bass guitar with four-string construction and 24-fret fingerboard. Body of this model is made of maple back and spalted maple top. There is no binding, nor there`s a pickguard on top of the body. Natural color with high gloss finish is the only color scheme available. Bridge is a hardtail with top load construction. J/J configuration of pickups is featured on JB-SM4. Maple neck has standard contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
